What does it cost, and are there hidden fees?
Weight-management care starts at $129.99 with founding member pricing and includes your physician visits, plan adjustments, lab review and unlimited messaging. Medication, if prescribed, is billed separately — we show you the exact price before anything is ordered. No enrollment fee, no cancellation fee.
Do I need insurance?
No. Membership is self-pay, which keeps pricing predictable. If you do have insurance, many members use it for labs and for prescriptions filled at their local pharmacy, and we provide superbills on request.
Is medication required?
No. Medication is prescribed only when a licensed provider determines it is medically appropriate. Some members follow a plan built on nutrition, movement and treating the conditions underneath. Your provider recommends, you decide.
How fast can I be seen?
The intake takes a few minutes. Timing for provider review, any labs and fulfillment depends on provider availability, your medical needs and your state — you'll see next steps as soon as your intake is reviewed.
What labs do you need?
It depends on your history and the treatment being considered. Your provider may order labs at a lab near you, or accept recent results from your existing doctor.
Will you coordinate with my regular doctor?
Yes, with your permission we share visit notes and medication changes with your primary care physician so nothing falls between the cracks.
Which states are you available in?
Services are available only in jurisdictions where affiliated medical providers are licensed to practice and where pharmacy partners are authorized to dispense medications. Availability may vary by state and is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and licensure requirements. We confirm availability for your state during intake.

Which pharmacy fills my prescription?
Prescriptions are filled by our partner pharmacy, The Pharmacy Hub, 15600 NW 15th Ave, Suite C, Miami, FL 33169 · (888) 958-1382 · thepharmacyhub.com. Services are available in all 50 U.S. states through affiliated medical providers and pharmacy partners operating in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements. The Pharmacy Hub states that it is licensed by state boards of pharmacy nationwide and supports prescription fulfillment in all 50 states. Certain medications, formulations, or fulfillment options may vary depending on state-specific pharmacy regulations, prescribing requirements, and dispensing restrictions.
How are compounded medications different from brand-name medications?
Compounded medications, when prescribed, are prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy operating under Section 503A for an individual patient based on a valid prescription. Compounded medications are not brand-name products, and your provider will explain the differences before you decide on treatment.
Can I cancel, and how do refunds work?
You can cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support; cancel at least 72 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. If a provider finds you ineligible before care begins, that charge is refunded in full. Dispensed medications can't be returned under pharmacy law. See our Refund Policy for details.
Is my information private?
Visits and messages run through secure, HIPAA-compliant systems. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or employers. Our HIPAA Privacy Policy explains your rights.
