Key points
- HelixPath MD is not a medical provider. Licensed providers of Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC evaluate you and make every treatment decision.
- A prescription is never guaranteed. Your provider may recommend medication, a non-medication plan, or in-person care.
- Our services are not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
- Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Our Refund Policy explains cancellations and refunds.
1. Accepting these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and HelixPath LLC ("HelixPath MD", "we", "us"). By using our website, questionnaire, patient portal or any related service (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our HIPAA Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. What we do — and what we don't
HelixPath MD provides a technology platform and administrative support that connects you with independent licensed healthcare providers, laboratories and pharmacies. We do not practice medicine or pharmacy, and we do not interfere with the professional judgment of any provider or pharmacist.
Information on our website is general education. It is not medical advice and does not replace an evaluation by a licensed provider.
3. Medical providers
Clinical services are provided by Arora Health & Aesthetics, LLC, 300 Lenora Street, Seattle, WA 98121 (www.arora-health.com; medicalcompliance@arorahealthgroup.com). Supervising physician: Dr. Sean Arora, NPI 1841729449.
Your provider decides whether you are an appropriate candidate for any treatment, which treatment (if any) to prescribe, and whether you need labs, follow-up or in-person care. A provider may decline to prescribe, and completing the questionnaire does not create a guarantee of treatment.
4. Pharmacy and medications
Prescriptions are filled by our partner pharmacy, The Pharmacy Hub, 15600 NW 15th Ave, Suite C, Miami, FL 33169 ((888) 958-1382; thepharmacyhub.com), or another licensed pharmacy you choose where permitted.
Compounded medications, when prescribed, are prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy operating under Section 503A for an individual patient based on a valid prescription. Compounded medications are not brand-name products, and your provider will explain the differences before you decide on treatment.
Certain medications, formulations, or fulfillment options may vary depending on state-specific pharmacy regulations, prescribing requirements, and dispensing restrictions.
Read all medication information supplied by your provider and pharmacy, and contact your provider about any side effects. Report serious reactions to your provider right away or call 911 in an emergency.
5. Telehealth consent
Care is delivered by secure video, phone or messaging rather than in person. Telehealth has limits: a provider cannot perform a hands-on exam and some conditions cannot be safely evaluated remotely. By using the Services you consent to receive care through telehealth, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by stopping use of the Services.
6. Not for emergencies
The Services are not for urgent or emergency care. If you think you are having a medical emergency — including chest pain, trouble breathing, severe pain, fainting, or thoughts of harming yourself — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
7. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a U.S. state where the Services are available at the time of each visit.
- You agree to give complete, accurate and current information, including all medications, supplements and medical conditions.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one person only.
8. Memberships, billing and renewal
Prices, what a plan includes and your billing date are shown before you pay. Medication, laboratory and shipping costs may be separate and are disclosed before you agree to them.
Memberships and subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We will notify you in advance of any price change. You can cancel at any time as described in our Refund Policy; cancellation stops future charges.
If a payment fails, we may pause your membership and any pending orders until payment is updated.
9. No guaranteed results
Every person responds differently. We do not promise any particular outcome, weight change, or availability of a specific medication. Any member experiences shown on our website are illustrative and individual results vary.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for anyone other than yourself or provide false information to obtain treatment;
- resell, share or redistribute any medication or product you receive;
- copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Services or their security;
- harass our staff, providers or pharmacy partners, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
11. Text messages and email
By providing your phone number you agree to receive account, care and shipping texts. Marketing texts are sent only with your separate consent, which is not required to receive care. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
12. Intellectual property
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos and software, belongs to HelixPath LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your own care. No other rights are granted.
13. Third-party services and links
The Services may link to or rely on third parties such as providers, pharmacies, laboratories, payment processors and shipping carriers. Those parties are responsible for their own services and policies.
14. Disclaimers
Except as required by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in this section limits any duty a licensed provider or pharmacist owes you under law.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelixPath LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or information you provide that is false or incomplete.
17. Disputes and governing law
Please contact us first — most concerns can be resolved quickly by our support team. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, unless the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.
18. Where services are available
Services are available only in jurisdictions where affiliated medical providers are licensed to practice and where pharmacy partners are authorized to dispense medications. Availability may vary by state and is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and licensure requirements.
Services are available in all 50 U.S. states through affiliated medical providers and pharmacy partners operating in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements. The Pharmacy Hub states that it is licensed by state boards of pharmacy nationwide and supports prescription fulfillment in all 50 states.
19. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if a provider determines the Services are not appropriate for you. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date shows the latest version. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email or in the Services at least 30 days before it applies to an existing membership.
